Library Rules & Regulations

• All students must register with the library at the beginning of each academic year.
• Students are required to present their student ID card to borrow books.
• A maximum of three (3) books may be borrowed at a time for a period of two weeks.
• Reference books, journals, and reserved materials cannot be taken out of the library.
• Silence must be maintained in the reading areas at all times.
• Eating, drinking, and the use of mobile phones are not permitted in the library.
• Overdue books attract a fine of GHS 1.00 per day per book.
• Lost or damaged books must be replaced or paid for by the borrower.
