Fees Schedule 2024/2025

The following is the approved fees schedule for the Community Health Nurses Training College for the current academic year. All fees are set by the Ministry of Health and are subject to periodic review. Students are required to pay their fees in full before the designated deadline to maintain their enrollment status.

Payment Methods

Fees can be paid through the following methods:

  • Bank Payment: Pay directly into the CHNTC account at designated banks (account details provided in the admission letter).
  • Mobile Money: Payment via approved mobile money platforms as directed by the college.
  • Online Payment: Make payment through the college's online payment portal (available to registered students).

Note: Always use your student ID number as the payment reference. Keep all payment receipts as proof of payment.

Important Notes
  • Fees are subject to change as directed by the Ministry of Health.
  • Late payment may attract a surcharge.
  • Students who fail to pay fees by the deadline may have their registration suspended.
  • Refund policy: A percentage of fees may be refunded for students who withdraw within the first two weeks of the semester. No refunds after the second week.
  • The fees above do not include personal expenses such as textbooks, uniforms, and feeding.
  • Students are advised to budget for additional costs including clinical uniforms, name tags, and professional liability insurance.
