Leadership & Governance

The Principal provides strategic leadership and direction for the college, overseeing all academic, administrative, and operational activities. Working closely with the Academic Committee, management team, and stakeholders, the Principal ensures that CHNTC maintains its commitment to academic excellence, quality assurance, and the production of competent community health professionals.

Providing strategic oversight of all academic programmes, curriculum development, and quality assurance processes to maintain the highest educational standards.

Staff Management

Leading and supporting a dedicated team of academic and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on student success.

Stakeholder Relations

Building and maintaining productive relationships with the Ministry of Health, Nursing and Midwifery Council, and other key partners in health education.
